​Business Model
Interim Hire: Work on-site during a leadership transition for mission continuity so Boards of Directors can take a strategic approach when recruiting a new President/CEO/Executive Director.

Board Development/Training and Strategic & Tactical Plans: Design overall nonprofit and/or fund development plans based on the unique structure of any organization. Perform an assessment and determine appropriate fundraising methods. Design robust training sessions for boards for an understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Facilitate and design strategic planning sessions.

Implementation: Assist nonprofit organizations with the implementation phase of any project.

Independent Contractor: Clients pay an hourly fee or lump sum for services rendered; no Social Security, health insurance, or Worker's Compensation.

Anne M. Maxfield, LLC, established in 2013, assists the nonprofit sector to grow revenue through effective strategies and proper implementation.

Ms. Maxfield combines over 20 years of progressive experience producing multi-million dollar results in the 501(c)(3) sector (social services, national health and education) with expertise in operations, fundraising, strategic planning, board governance, board of directors/staff retreats and training, and tactical implementation.

She develops fundraising strategy, writes grants, serves as a designer and facilitator for strategic planning and board/staff retreats, as well as implements myriad fundraising methods.  She is a high-energy and driven professional with a passion for solving operational and fundraising challenges. 

In addition, her vast network of contacts and service to the community (boards, tasks forces, and committees in the Greater Cincinnati Area for more than 25 years) positions her well to help nonprofit organizations grow their revenue through innovative fundraising strategies, board development and effective operations.
