About anne

Anne M. Maxfield, life-long resident of Northern Kentucky, has parlayed her years of experience in business development, fundraising, and operations into helping nonprofits understand how philanthropy relates to sustainable growth. Her work with any team (strategic and tactical) will better position their organization to meet their respective outcomes.

Ms. Maxfield's business model is such that when a client's project requires a skill where she lacks a proficiency, she taps into a circle of experts and invites them to join her on a project. Anne also brings a unique blend of business experience and an effective leadership style integrating collaboration with consensus building.

Understanding the complexity of today’s nonprofit environment has occupied Ms. Maxfield’s life for many years. She has extended her education beyond university (BA from Northern Kentucky University) to include nonprofit executive leadership training at University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, as well as coaching and training for professional image enhancement, advanced consultative selling training (SalesAbility) and numerous workshops to strengthen her skills and knowledge in various business disciplines.
